As limited editions, we hold no stock of prints and only produce them when ordered.
So before hitting the buy button, please be absolutely sure that you want one of our art prints on your wall. We’ve done our best to deliver an accurate representation of our work on the Worxlab website to make that decision as easy as possible.
In the unlikely event that you’d like to return your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know. It must be undamaged, unaltered, and in the original packaging. We have to be able to resell it.
Once returned to us, we’ll refund the original purchase price, but not return postage or any local VAT or duty you’ve paid.
Should your art print arrives damaged, we’ll replace it or refund you the purchase price once we’ve seen photographic evidence.
If your Worxlab art print fails to turn up, we’ll work with the delivery service to trace it. If that fails we’ll organise a replacement or refund of the original purchase price but not any local VAT or duty you’ve paid.
If however it’s been signed for or can be tracked to your address then we must consider that delivered. No refunds or replacements will be offered.
