We use Royal Mail signed for and tracked services to make sure that you have notification of despatch, and equally so we can be sure your art print has arrived. They’re too nice to lose.
Using Royal Mail is also environmentally friendly too, having been voted the delivery company with the lowest carbon footprint in the UK. So while we can’t control what happens when your package leaves the UK, while it’s here the impact on the environment is as low as it can be.
When we ship
As we print to order, we attempt to do this so that orders can go out early in the week. This way they have a full 4-5 business days to be processed through the Royal Mail, and if going outside the UK handed off to local postal services. We’d rather not lose valuable days as they sit in sorting offices over the weekend
UK Shipping
Delivery is free inside the UK and should take 3-7 days to arrive. We print a label and walk it up the street to the post office. So simple.
Overseas shipping
In recent times, posting outside of the UK has become more complex and expensive. So for now, we’re going with flat rates — £17.50 for European countries and £25 for the rest of the world.
One last thing for non-UK buyers — there will almost certainly be VAT at your local rate and possibly customs duty payable in your country payable to the delivery service. You’ll need to factor this in before buying.
